About The Programme
The Certificate in High Impact Leadership is a 3-day (18-hr.) programme designed to improve the leadership skills and competencies of managers and supervisors that will ensure that they become more effective coaches, cheerleaders and nurturers of champions

Upon successful completion of this programme, participants will be able to:

• Know the common definitions of leadership

• Know the five major characteristics of a stepping-out-with-confidence leader

• Identify the way forward for the developing leader

• Be able to employ best practices in staff

• Be able to develop employee retention strategies

• Be able to employ the thirteen principles for managing people effectively

• Know how to measure the organizational climate at the workplace

• Embrace the guidelines for managing the human side of change

Course Methodology
Highly interactive workshop involving individual and group work, discussion, role play, video/DVD presentation.

Evaluation
The final evaluation will consist of a 2-hour multiple choice examination of 100 questions. Candidates would need to obtain a pass mark of at least 60% to be successful.
