Customer Service Academy of Jamaica Limited is pleased to announce
the launching of its monthly newsletter Classified Customer Care
Solutions (CCCS). The Newsletter will provide you with practical
solutions to everyday service problems that you are likely to
encounter.

CCCS is dedicated to enhancing the customer service professional’s
skillful delivery of quality customer care through concisely written
articles and case studies which communicate useful knowledge for
lasting benefit. There will be numerous tips on how to wow the
customer.
