8. The Principles and Practices of Training (Train-the-Trainer)

This 5-day, 30-hour program is designed to hone the skills of trainers in the public and private sectors.
It is also for persons with no experience as a trainer, but desirous of becoming one.

The final evaluation is a 90-minute training session conducted by each candidate.
