Thirteen Principles for Managing People

The managerial imperative is to lead, support, and empower workers so that they can give their personal best. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to identify thirteen principles used by great managers for effectively managing their direct reports. The main objective of this one-day workshop is to sensitize participants to the fundamental issues involved in enhancing employee value and thereby ensuring the continued success of the organization. Participants will leave the workshop armed with the things they need to do to get their direct reports feeling good about getting out of bed in the morning, coming to work on time, and doing the work right the first time.
